Basement Finishing Solutions utilizes installation crews which are our fully trained employees, managed every day, by the owner of our company. Any subcontract work is performed by specialists that are fully licensed and insured.
Basement Finishing Solutions strives keep a clean job site and an efficient job flow. We work on your project from start to finish. The average size basement remodel runs approximately 3-4 weeks. Our written contracts provide an outline of the scope of work to be completed as well as approximate start and finish dates and a payment schedule. A 10% deposit is required at contract signing to secure your install date
